Cancel and Return Policy

Cancellation Policy:

We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel your order, you can do so on the same day of purchase or the next day. To cancel your order, please call us at +91 97820 25255 or email us at support@pawanshringar.com. Once your cancellation is confirmed, we will initiate a full refund on the same day. The credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 3 working days as per our Refunds Policy.

If your item has already been dispatched before cancellation, you will need to ship the item back to us in the same condition you received it, including the original packaging. Please send the item to: Paawan Shringar, Shop No. 1, Opp. Preetam Pole, Nathdwara. The refund will be initiated based on our Refunds Policy once the item is received at our address.

 Returns and Exchange Policy:

We are here to assist you with returns and exchanges.

Our policy lasts 3 days from the date of purchase. If 3 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. Please call us at +91 97820 25255 or email us at support@pawanshringar.com within the 3-day timeframe to initiate a return.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in the same condition you received them, and in the original packaging. Please include a receipt or proof of purchase with your return.

 Situations Where Partial Refunds are Granted:

• Books with obvious signs of use
• Any item not in its original condition, is damaged, or has missing parts for reasons not due to our error
• Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same one, please email us at support@pawanshringar.com and send your item to: Paawan Shringar, Shop No. 1, Opp. Preetam Pole, Nathdwara.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. For orders below Rs. 1000/-, we will refund the full amount including the shipping cost. For orders above Rs. 1000/-, you will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item.

We cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item, so we recommend using a traceable shipping service.

 Refunds Policy:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email. If your refund is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 3 working days.

If you have not received your refund within the specified timeframe, please first check your bank account again. Then, contact your credit card company as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank, as there is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you have done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@pawanshringar.com.
